  • Insurance can cover certain labs, imaging, and prescriptions that we order, however, we are considered an out-of-network provider for medical visits.

    Upon request, for Arizona residents, we will gladly provide superbills (session receipts) with CPT and ICD-10 codes that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement at the discretion of your insurance company.

    Insurance companies that may offer reimbursement for our medical visits include: Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Lumenos and more.

  • We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Initial appointments include a detailed medical intake where the patient can expect to spend 75-90 minutes with the doctor. The rate for the initial appointment is $325.

    Follow-up appointment rates vary depending on time needed due to the complexity of your case. The average time needed is 30-minutes, for $125. Shorter or longer follow-up visits are prorated per 15 minutes.

  • Yes, telemedicine is offered. We use a HIPAA compliant platform for all online appointments and communication.

  • Yes. Naturopathic doctors in the State of Arizona are licensed to prescribe medications.

  • Insurance generally covers all or a portion of screening labs. You can call your insurance in advance to confirm. Typically, we recommend screening labs that assess your metabolic function, hormonal health, blood counts, nutritional deficiencies, and cardiovascular health. The total cost of screening labs without insurance is typically around $300.

    Specialty lab testing (saliva testing, stool testing, environmental panels, and genetic testing) is not included in this estimate. These costs range per test and cost is always discussed prior to performing any labs.
